The scheme aims to recognize and honor tiatr artistes who have contributed immensely for the development of tiatr, its song and music in the past, addressing the need to acknowledge their lifetime dedication to this traditional art form. The scheme provides a comprehensive recognition package.

๐Ÿ‘ค Eligibility

  • The applicant must be not less than 60 years of age.
  • The applicant must have at least 20 years of contribution in the field of tiatr.
  • The applicant, if an actor/singer/Stage Manager/Lights provider/Make-up artist/Costume designer/Live Music/Background music provider/organizer/contractor, must have performed in at least 30 tiatrs.
  • The applicant, if a writer/director, must have written/directed at least 20 tiatrs.
  • *The age limit of 60 years may be relaxed if the health of the artist is not well.
  • The applicant's excellence as an actor, script writer, director, singer, lyricist, set designer will be considered.
  • The applicant's receipt of any awards in their field will be evaluated.
  • The applicant's innovations on the tiatr stage will be assessed.
  • The applicant's songs (kantaram) recorded on records, cassettes, CDs/DVDs or online will be considered (if singer/musician).
  • The applicant's work in dramas in other languages or films besides tiatr will be evaluated.
  • The applicant's published books of scripts/lyrics will be considered (if script writer or lyricist).
  • The applicant must be compulsorily present in person to receive the award.

The scheme recognizes and honors non-commercial artistes who have contributed immensely for the development of tiatr, its song and music through yearly Tiatr Festivals/Competitions organized by Kala Academy and by organizing tiatrs in villages, as well as artistes who have enriched Konkani Tiatr.

  • The applicant should be not less than 60 years of age.

  • The applicant should demonstrate excellence as an actor, script writer, director, singer, lyricist, set designer, or other relevant role.
  • The applicant should have performed in at least 10 tiatrs if working as actor/singer/stage manager/lights provider/make-up artist/costume designer/live music/background music.

The objective of the "Market Support Scheme for Smaller Business Units" is to provide Market Support to the eligible IT Units in Goa. A reimbursement of 50% of the exhibition rental cost will be provided for participating in national/ international exhibitions, limited to 9 square meter of space.

  • 1. All the new and existing units must have their operations in Goa.
  • 2. The applicant must be one of the below:
  • Proprietorship Firm
  • Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
  • Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
  • Registered Partnership Firm incorporated under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (or equivalent)
  • Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (or equivalent)
  • 4. The bank accounts of the unit and/or its partner(s)/director(s) should be linked to Aadhaar.
  • 5. Pre-approval from the Committee is required prior to attending an exhibition in order to claim a reimbursement.

  3. Step 3: On the Registration Page, fill in all the mandatory fields of the registration form. Create a Login Name and a strong Password. Carefully read the Declaration and the Terms & Conditions, and tick the checkboxes. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Register/Signup".
  4. Step 4: Login to the website using your Login Name and Password. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Login".
  5. Step 5: In the top ribbon, click on "Services", then click on " IT Services ". Click on the name of the scheme. You will be taken to the application form for the scheme. Fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents.
  6. Step 6: Submit the application. A unique registration number will be generated. Note this number for future reference.
  7. NOTE 1: The applicant can apply for this scheme on a quarterly/bi-annually/annual basis after incurring the relevant expenditure.
  8. NOTE 2: Application should be submitted 60 days prior to attending an exhibition. Decision regarding pre-approval will be issued within 30 working days.

Under the โ€œMatching Grant Schemeโ€, the Start-ups that raise funds from a registered/recognized funding source prior to the product launch phase will be provided 25% of the matching funds or a maximum benefit of โ‚น 25,00,000, at proportionate ownership of stock, subsequent to due diligence by the SPC.

  • All the Start-ups certified by the Start-up Promotion Cell (SPC) having a valid start-up certificate number are eligible.
  • The product for which the benefit is being claimed should not have been made available in the market previously.
  • NOTE: Only expenditures incurred after notification of Goa Start-up Policy 2017, being within the validity of this policy and paid for digitally will be considered for reimbursement under this scheme. If digital payments are not possible then it shall be up to the decision of SPC as per its due diligence to admit the expenditure.

  10. Step 1: Upon successful registration, visit the Official Website of the Chief Minister Scholarship Portal, Government of Goa.

  12. Step 3: On the login page, fill in your username, password, captcha code, and click "Login".
  13. Step 4: Upon logging in, a list of eligible schemes will be displayed. Click the scheme that you intend to apply for.

Mhaji Bus Scheme

The scheme provides a subsidy of โ‚น3/- per kilometer operated, 50% reimbursement of the annual insurance premium paid up to a maximum of โ‚น30,000/-, and assistance of โ‚น10,00,000/- for replacing buses older than 15 years with new buses having a minimum seating capacity of 27.

A subsidy of โ‚น3/- per kilometer operated shall be provided to eligible bus operators under the scheme.

๐Ÿ‘ค Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a private bus operator holding a valid stage carriage permit issued by the competent authority in Goa.
  • The applicant must be the registered owner of the bus/mini bus in the State of Goa.
  • The bus to be operated under this scheme must not be older than 15 years from the date of its initial registration.
  • The applicant must agree to comply with all operational, branding, safety, and service norms specified under this scheme.
  • The bus must operate for the full month.
  • If the bus is off the road, prior intimation must be given to the competent authority.
  • Relaxation
  • For the initial period of 3 years, buses up to 20 years should be eligible to participate in this scheme.
  • The bus can be kept for repairs and maintenance for two days only, which should be Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

๐ŸŽ Benefits

  • A subsidy of โ‚น3/- per kilometer operated shall be provided to eligible bus operators under the scheme.
  • Bus Insurance Subsidy is provided as 50% reimbursement of the annual insurance premium paid up to a maximum of โ‚น30,000/-.
  • The scheme provides Assistance of โ‚น10,00,000/- for replacing buses older than 15 years, with new buses having a minimum seating capacity of 27.
  • The operator shall retain full fare revenue collected from the passengers and shall not be required to deposit any fare amount with the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited.
  • Bus operators participating in the scheme shall be entitled to receive 50% of the revenue generated from advertisements displayed on their buses.
  • Mobilization advance, if required, may be sanctioned up to 60 days of operational subsidy based on the recommendation of Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited.
  • Kilometers for Financial assistance will be considered as per the Fare Chart issued along with the stage carriage permit by the Regional Transport Authority.
  • The amount collected through Kadamba Transport Corporation Smart transit Passes and Smart transit cards will be reimbursed to the respective operators as per the guidelines set by Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited.

๐Ÿ“‹ How to Apply

  1. Step 1: The interested applicant should take a printout of the prescribed format of the application forms (Annexure A, B, C).
  2. Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
  3. Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents, within the prescribed period (if any), to the Managing Director, Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited, Paraiso Goa Building, Alto-Porvorim, Bardez, Goa - 403 521.
  4. Step 1: The applications shall undergo verification by the General Manager or any other officer appointed specifically for the Mhaji Bus Scheme. Field inspections may be conducted by the authorities wherever deemed necessary to assess the claims and verify the busโ€™s details and compliance status.
  5. Step 2: Upon successful verification and approval of the application, the applicant shall be issued an official Letter of Empanelment. Following this, the applicant must sign a formal Agreement with the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited outlining their operational and service obligations under the scheme.

Mukhyamantri Sudharit Kamdhenu Scheme

The scheme aims to help the farmers to get financial assistance for the purchase of cross bred cows, improved she buffaloes and cows of indigenous breeds namely Sahiwal, Gir, Red Sindhi, Rathi and Tharparkar for their Dairy Unit, to promote self employment in the Dairy Sector.

For the purchase of 1 to 10 animals, the subsidy is 90% of the unit cost (up to โ‚น63,000/-) per animal, based on a unit cost of โ‚น70,000/-.

๐Ÿ‘ค Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a bonafide resident of Goa for at least 15 years.
  • The applicant must possess a pucca cattle shed with cement flooring for housing the animals proposed to be reared.
  • The applicant must undertake to strictly stall feed the animals and not allow open grazing except in open paddock surrounding the cattle shed.
  • The applicant must have knowledge or experience in Cattle or Buffaloes farming or trained by the Department.
  • New applicants must compulsorily undergo dairy training as decided by the Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH & VS) at the designated training centre.
  • The applicant must have the cattle shed constructed on their own land.
  • The applicant must ensure only one cowshed is permitted under one survey number having area of less than 400 square meters.
  • The applicant must be a member of the Local Dairy Society/Bachat Gat/Self help groups, unless they are interested in branding their dairy products without membership of local milk unions.
  • The applicant must obtain prior written permission well in advance from the Department before undertaking purchases through a registered dealer.
  • If the applicant's spouse is a Government employee, the applicant must submit a declaration on their behalf stating the Department of the spouse, designation, place of posting, and mobile number.
  • If the applicant has more than 25 cattle, the applicant (owner of the cattle shed) must apply for and produce the consent of the Goa State Pollution Control Board.
  • The applicant (Farmer or their family) who had availed the benefit of animal purchase under the earlier Kamdhenu Scheme but has not exceeded the purchase of more than 10 milch animals is eligible to avail the benefit of the scheme for remaining milch animals.
  • Applicants whose sanctioned orders lapsed after August 2, 2022 due to the Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) outbreak must submit a request letter for revalidation and can purchase animals after revalidation of their earlier order within 6 months of the issue of the order of revalidation.
  • The applicant desiring revalidation of a lapsed order must apply within one month after the publication of the Gazette.
  • The applicant must ensure the cattle shed is not constructed in a low lying area, near river banks, or large sources of water which are prone to water logging and flooding due to heavy rainfall.
  • The applicant must ensure the cattle shed is not constructed in areas prone to water scarcity.
  • The applicant must ensure the cattle shed is constructed on own land having clear title in the name of the applicant on Form I & XIV document or Sale Deed document.
  • The applicant must submit an Approved cattle shed plan from a Government Authorized Engineer/Architect.
  • The applicant must have a License from the Panchayat/Municipality for the construction of the cattle shed.
  • The applicant must obtain Town and Country Planning (TCP) clearance for the construction of the cattle shed.
  • If multiple applicants are permitted to avail the scheme in the same survey number, the share of undivided land/area must be more than 400 square meters.
  • If multiple applicants apply on the same survey number, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) of co-applicants must be obtained.
  • The applicant must ensure the distance between the two cattle sheds is not less than 5 meters on all sides, and each cow shed must have an individual drainage system and roofing.

  • For the purchase of 1 to 10 animals, the subsidy is 90% of the unit cost (up to โ‚น63,000/-) per animal, based on a unit cost of โ‚น70,000/-.
  • For applicants who were issued orders previously under the Infrastructure Component of Kamdhenu Scheme (Sudharit) Amended 2021 or whose orders lapsed due to the Lumpy Skin Disease outbreak:
  • Purchases of 1 to 10 animals receive 90% subsidy (up to โ‚น63,000/-).
  • Purchases of 11 to 20 animals receive 75% subsidy (up to โ‚น52,500/-).
  • Purchases of 21 to 100 animals receive 50% subsidy (up to โ‚น35,000/-).
  • Incentives towards transportation of animals are reimbursed at the rate of โ‚น2,000/- per animal or the actual cost of transportation, whichever is less.
  • The Department will reimburse the Comprehensive Insurance Policy premium up to a maximum of โ‚น16,625/- per animal.
  • A subsidy of 80% of the construction cost is provided for a cattle shed unit of 10 milch animals.
  • The construction cost is calculated at โ‚น6,000/- per square meter for a shed area of 5.4 square meters per animal, totaling โ‚น3,24,000/- for a 54 square meter shed.
  • The maximum infrastructure subsidy provided is โ‚น2,59,200/-.
  • Infrastructure subsidy release is linked to the number of milch animals purchased (minimum 50% of the unit strength @ โ‚น25,920/- per animal).
  • The eligible subsidy shall be credited to the Bank account of the beneficiary through the Electronic Clearance System (ECS) of the concerned financing institution.
  • Incentives towards transportation shall be reimbursed to the beneficiaryโ€™s Bank account through ECS along with the subsidy amount.
  • Infrastructure subsidy shall be released after the purchase of animals.
  • The insurance premium amount (maximum of โ‚น16,625/- per animal) shall be reimbursed directly to the financing institution along with the subsidy amount.
  • The animals purchased under the scheme must not be disposed off for a minimum period of 3ยฝ years (42 months).
  • The beneficiary must ensure the animals are compulsorily insured by the financial institution and the beneficiary within 7 days of their arrival in the farm.
  • The beneficiary must properly maintain the animals in good health, ensuring proper arrangements for shelter, feed, and fodder, and maintaining proper records of milk, etc.
  • The Mukhyamantri Sudharit Kamdhenu Scheme Infrastructure Unit must not be closed down for a period of 5 years from the date of subsidy release.
  • In case of default in maintaining the animals for 3ยฝ years, the Government shall recover the subsidy amount paid, Insurance premium, and transportation cost on a โ€œpro-rata basisโ€.
  • If the animal dies within one month of purchase, the beneficiary must report it in writing to the Area Officer within 24 hours.
  • The farmer must produce a letter from the financing institution having an Electronic Clearance System (ECS), willing to finance him for the purchase of milch animals or for the Infrastructure Component of the scheme.

๐Ÿ“‹ How to Apply

  1. Step 1: The farmers interested in availing this facility will have to apply in a prescribed application form obtained through the Area Assistant Director/Veterinary Officer.
  2. Step 2: The applicant must fill the application form completely, including all required details, and submit the application in triplicate (Original plus 2 photocopies) along with all the supporting documents mentioned in the scheme guidelines.
  3. Step 3: A non-refundable processing fee of โ‚น200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) for General Category/Other Backward Classes (OBC) or โ‚น25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) for Schedule Caste (SC)/Schedule Tribe (ST)/Dhangar Category shall be collected at the time of accepting the application at the respective Government Dispensary or Hospital.
  4. Step 4: On processing the cases (within 15 days), the Assistant Director/Veterinary Officer of the respective Hospital/Dispensary shall submit the application of all eligible farmers under the scheme to the Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services for sanction by the Department.
  5. Step 5: The eligible applicant should purchase the sanctioned animals within one year of sanction of the approval order, ensuring that prior written permission is obtained from the Department well in advance before undertaking purchases through a registered dealer.
  6. Step 1: The supplier must insure the animals for Transit Insurance. Additionally, the animals must be compulsorily insured by the financial institution and beneficiary within 7 days of their arrival in the farm.
  7. Step 2: Upon purchase, the Officer must submit the health certificate, purchase statement, purchase receipt, and transport receipt to the financial institution for insuring the animals (within a week after purchase) and completing other formalities. These documents must be duly certified by the Assistant Director/Area Veterinary Officer along with the farmer and Bank Officials.
  8. Step 3: The financial institution must submit the purchase statement and related documents to the Head Office within 2 weeks of effecting the purchase to enable the release of subsidy. The farmer must also submit a xerox copy of the passbook within a month through the Area Officer along with the required documents.
  9. Step 4: Subsidy will then be released as per the pattern of the scheme. The eligible subsidy, transportation incentives, and insurance premium reimbursement shall be credited to the Bank account of the beneficiary through the Electronic Clearance System (ECS) of the concerned financing institution.
  10. โ‚น200/- for General Category/Other Backward Classes (OBC).
  11. โ‚น25/- for Schedule Caste (SC)/Schedule Tribe (ST)/Dhangar Category.
  12. The fee is non-refundable and collected at the time of application submission.

โ€œNatural Calamity Relief to Fishermen of Stateโ€ is a scheme by the Dept of Fisheries, Govt of Goa. Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to the active fishermen who contribute to the Fishermen Corpus Relief Fund, whose fishing vessels are damaged or lost due to natural calamities.
