Interim Relief to the Beneficiaries Affected by Disaster (GBOCWWB)
Through "Interim Relief to the Beneficiaries Affected by Disaster (GBOCWWB)" , the beneficiaries of the Board who are affected by disasters, catastrophes or natural calamities are extended immediate relief of up to โน10,00,000/-. This shall include cash payment to beneficiaries of the affected area.

- The applicant should be a beneficiary of a scheme of the Goa Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

Internet Subsidy Scheme
Launched in 2018, the "Internet Subsidy Scheme" is one of the "IT Policy Schemes" by the Dept of IT, Govt of Goa. The objective is to provide Internet Subsidy to the eligible Information Technology Units in Goa. 25% reimbursement on high-speed bandwidth, subject to a maximum of โน 5,00,000 per annum.
๐ค Eligibility
- 1. All the new and existing units must have their operations in Goa.
- 2. The applicant must be one of the below:
- Proprietorship Firm
- Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
- Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or equivalent)
- Registered Partnership Firm incorporated under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (or equivalent)
- Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (or equivalent)
- 3. The bank accounts of the unit and/or its partner(s)/director(s) should be linked to Aadhaar.

- 25% reimbursement on high-speed bandwidth, subject to a maximum of โน 5,00,000 per annum whichever is lower.
- The subsidy can be availed for a period of three years from the date of commencement of operations or from the date of notification of this policy whichever is later.
- NOTE 1: The benefits under this scheme are subject to budgetary allocation. No Promissory Estoppel shall be applicable if benefits are discontinued in case the allocation is exceeded.
- NOTE 2: Units will be subject to evaluation at the end of each Fiscal Year to verify eligibility to continue receiving benefits under this scheme.

- Step 2: On the next page, verify your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP. You will be redirected to the Registration Page.
- Step 3: On the Registration Page, fill in all the mandatory fields of the registration form. Create a Login Name and a strong Password. Carefully read the Declaration and the Terms & Conditions, and tick the checkboxes. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Register/Signup".
- Step 4: Login to the website using your Login Name and Password. Fill in the Captcha Code, and click "Login".
- Step 5: In the top ribbon, click on "Services", then click on " IT Services ". Click on the name of the scheme. You will be taken to the application form for the scheme. Fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents.
- Step 6: Submit the application. A unique registration number will be generated. Note this number for future reference.
- NOTE: The applicant can apply for this scheme on a quarterly/bi-annually/annual basis after incurring the relevant expenditure.

Internship Scheme For Students Of Counselling/ Psychology/ Social Work/ Home Science Etc
The objective of this scheme is to offer aspiring postgraduate students an opportunity for internship facilities to be trained as qualified interns in state-run private children's and shelter homes who can be offered hands-on job training experience.
๐ค Eligibility
- The applicant should have passed out from any of the recognised universities with a Master's Degree.
- The Master's Degree should have been in Social Service/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Home Science/ Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling etc.
- The applicant should have passed out as a post-graduate within three years prior to applying for the internship.
- The applicant should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in the final year of the postgraduation.

- Allowance
- The interns shall be paid โน 15,000/- lumpsum as internship allowance per month and for part of the month shall be paid on a pro-rata basis.
- Leaves
- 1 (One) Paid Leave per Month during the training period.

Kala Gaurav Puraskar
"Kala Gaurav Puraskar" is presented to artists working in the field of Art and Culture who have given outstanding contributions in their respective fields of art. Such artists need to be felicitated and their substantial contribution needs to be felicitated.
๐ค Eligibility
- The applicant should be an individual artist.
- The applicant should be 60 years of age.
- The applicant should have given a substantial contribution in his/her respective field of art.
- The applicant should have contributed in his/her respective field of art in Goa for a minimum of 10 years out of his/her entire career as a practising artist.
๐ Benefits
- The awardee shall be felicitated with a shawl, shrifal, a certificate of appreciation and a financial purse to the extent of โน 25,000/- per individual.
- Every year maximum of 30 cases shall be considered as per the availability of funds.

Kala Samman Scheme
The scheme "Kala Samman Scheme" grants financial assistance to eminent artists who are in indigent circumstances as a token of respect for their contribution to the field of Art and culture.
๐ค Eligibility
- The applicant should be an artist who is in indigent condition.
- The applicant should have attained the age of 60 years.
- The applicant should have given a contribution to the field of Art and culture or should have worked in the field of Art and culture.
- The income of the applicant should not exceed โน 48,000/- per annum. (However, this clause shall not be applicable, where the applicant is the recipient of the โState Cultural Award').
- NOTE: The number of cases to be sanctioned shall depend upon the availability of funds for every financial year.

- Financial Assistance to the extent of โน 2,500/- per month every year.
- However, the recipient of State Cultural Award shall be entitled for Financial Assistance to the extent of โน 3,200/- per month every year.

The scheme aims to financially assist the Goan artists to meet expenses towards repair or construction of their houses damaged due to natural calamities. The maximum financial assistance provided under this component is โน25,000/- or the valuation done by the Taluka Mamlatdar.

- The applicant must be a Goan, i.e., born and brought up in Goa.
- The applicant must be recognized as an artist by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The income of the family of the applicant (from all sources) must not exceed โน2,00,000/- per annum.
- The artist must not be less than 50 years in age. (The Government may relax the age criteria for deserving cases under special circumstances.)
- The applicant must be in need of funds to meet expenses towards repair or construction of their house damaged due to natural calamities.

Kalakar Kritadnyata Nidhi: Financial Assistance For Funeral of the Artist
The scheme aims to provide financial relief to the families of deceased Goan artists by assisting them in meeting funeral expenses, thereby acknowledging the contributions of artists and supporting their families during difficult times. The component provides financial assistance of up to โน10,000/-.
๐ค Eligibility
- The applicant must be a family member of the deceased artist.
- The deceased artist must have been born and brought up in Goa.
- The deceased artist must have been recognized by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The family income of the deceased artist (from all sources) must not exceed โน2,00,000/- per annum.
- The applicant must not have claimed or received funeral assistance benefits from any other government source for the same purpose.
๐ Benefits
- Financial assistance of up to a maximum of โน10,000/- shall be sanctioned to meet expenses in connection with the funeral of the Goan artist.
- The benefit is provided as a one-time lump sum grant.
- The financial assistance amount shall be disbursed to the eligible member of artist's family in the form of Electronic Clearing System mode.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance not exceeding โน50,000/- or the actual cost, whichever is less, to needy Goan artists or their families for setting up self-employment ventures, helping them establish sustainable income sources. The applications for this scheme are accepted Offline.

- The applicant must be Goan, i.e., born and brought up in Goa.
- The artist must be an artist recognized by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The income of the family of the applicant (from all sources) must not exceed โน2,00,000/- per annum.
- The applicant must not be less than 50 years in age. (The Government may relax the age criteria for deserving cases under special circumstances.)
- The applicant must not be employed or self-employed at the time of application.

- Financial Assistance
- โน50,000/- or the actual cost, whichever is less, shall be provided for setting up self employment venture.
- The financial assistance amount shall be disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing System mode.
- The assistance is provided as a one-time grant.
- Conditions
- The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers must be furnished to the department after utilizing the grant.
- The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount, if any, shall be refunded to the Government within the stipulated timeframe.

The scheme aims to provide a lumpsum grant (maximum โน20,000/-) to the dependent family in case of death of the artist. The one-time financial assistance amount is disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) mode. The applications are accepted offline.

- The deceased artist must have been Goan, i.e., born and brought up in Goa.
- The deceased artist must have been recognized by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The deceased artist must not have been less than 50 years in age. (The Government may relax the age criteria for deserving cases under special circumstances.)
- The applicant must be the dependent family member of the deceased artist.
- The wife/husband of the late artist shall be considered first for the grant.
- In the event of the wife/husband predeceasing the late artist, the benefit shall be passed on to the unmarried/unemployed sons/daughters of the deceased artist as the case may be in equal ratio.
- The annual income of the family of the deceased artist (from all the sources) must be less than โน25,000/- per annum.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists. It offers marriage assistance of up to โน20,000/- for the first daughter and โน15,000/- for the second daughter of eligible artists.

- The applicant must be a Goan aged needy artist, born and brought up in the state of Goa.
- The applicant must be recognized by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The applicant must be not less than 50 years of age.
- The applicant's annual family income from all the sources should not exceed โน2,00,000/- per annum.
- The daughters must be wholly dependent on the eligible Goan artist.
- The daughters must be unmarried at the time of application.
- Maximum two wholly dependent unmarried daughters shall be eligible.
- The Government may relax the age criteria for the artist for deserving cases under special circumstances.
๐ Benefits
- Financial assistance of โน20,000/- shall be sanctioned for the first wholly dependent daughter's marriage.
- Financial assistance of โน15,000/- shall be sanctioned for the second wholly dependent daughter's marriage.
- Maximum two wholly dependent unmarried daughters shall be eligible for this benefit.
- The financial assistance shall be disbursed through Electronic Clearing System mode.
- The assistance is a one-time grant per eligible daughter's marriage.
- The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers shall be furnished to the department.
- The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount if any shall be refunded to the Government within 2 months from the date of marriage.

Kalakar Kritadnyata Nidhi: Medical Treatment
The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists and their dependent family members for medical treatment expenses. It covers major or minor surgical treatment costs in local or outstation hospitals, including travelling and accommodation expenses.

- The applicant must be any Goan aged needy artist, born and brought up in the state of Goa.
- The applicant must be recognized by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa.
- The applicant must have an annual family income from all sources not exceeding โน2,00,000/- per annum.
- The applicant must be not less than 50 years of age.
- Relaxation
- The Government may relax the age criteria for deserving cases under special circumstances.
๐ Benefits
- Financial assistance shall be sanctioned to meet the expenses towards major or minor surgical treatment in local or outstation hospitals.
- Financial assistance shall be provided to meet the expenses towards travelling and accommodation outside the state for treatment for self and or wholly dependent family members.
- The maximum financial assistance under this category shall not exceed โน50,000/-.
- The Government may relax the ceiling in case of major chronic ailments.
- The financial assistance amount shall be disbursed to the eligible applicant in the form of Electronic Clearing System mode.
- The disbursement shall be one-time financial assistance.
- The beneficiary shall not avail the benefit of medical reimbursement from any other Government department or under any schemes or policies for the medical treatment for which the financial assistance is granted under this scheme.
- The details of the expenditure incurred along with the vouchers shall be furnished to the department after availing the treatment.
- The unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount if any shall be refunded to the government within 3 months from completion of the treatment.

- *If there is any unutilized amount out of the sanctioned amount, the same shall be refunded to the government within 3 months from completion of the treatment.
Kalakar Kritadnyata Nidhi: Pandemics
The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to aged and needy Goan artists who have lost the source of income due to the pandemic. The scheme provides relief in the form of financial assistance amounting to a min. of โน5,000/- (lumpsum) up to a max. of โน10,000/- (lumpsum) to eligible artists.
๐ค Eligibility
- The artist must be a resident of Goa.
- The artist must be above 18 years of age.
- The artist must have lost the source of income due to the pandemic of COVID-19.
- The individual income of the artist (from all the sources) must not exceed โน1,50,000/- per annum.
- The artist should be working and contributing in the field of art and culture fields, i.e. Music/Dance/Drama/Tiatr/ Folk/Kir tan/Bhajan/Painting/Sculpture/Literature/Cantarists/Sahittik/Poets/Photographers/traditional Handicraft etc.
- Artists should be in need of such financial assistance as contemplated in the scheme.
- The artist should solely be dependent on the art related activities/programmes.
- The artist shall not be a Government employee or an employee of Autonomous bodies, Corporations nor pensioner of any organization.

- One-time financial assistance in the range of โน5,000/- to โน10,000/- (lumpsum) per eligible artist, as decided by the committee.
- Released in the Bank Account (Nationalized Bank) of the artist. The disbursement is done in the form of Electronic Clearing Service mode.
